Solid E700, minor issue

I ordered an E700 Smart POS for our cafe. The unit itself is very good, and the touch screen is responsive. It handles transactions quickly, which is essential for busy periods. My only minor gripe was that the power adapter wasn't packed as securely as the terminal, so it rattled a bit in the box. Everything arrived working, though, and setting it up with our system was straightforward. Good value for a robust system.

Detailed look at the A80

I recently acquired an A80 Desktop Terminal to upgrade our main counter. The ordering process was online and pretty standard; it shipped within two days. Delivery took about a week to reach our office in California, which was acceptable. Unboxing revealed a well-protected device. Setup was intuitive, though I did consult the online guide for some specifics on connecting it to our existing network. The display is clear and bright, and the built-in printer is surprisingly fast and quiet. Transaction processing has been reliable. I also bought a few Thermal Paper Rolls, and they integrate seamlessly. Technical support wasn't needed, but I appreciated the clear documentation available online. Overall, a dependable piece of hardware that performs as expected, making daily operations smoother.

Great value on A50 Mini

I was looking for a cost-effective solution for a new pop-up. The A50 Mini Android Terminal fit the bill perfectly. I reached out and got a decent volume discount, which really helped my budget. The pricing was much better than some competitors I looked at, making it a really smart purchase. Definitely felt like I got my money's worth.

Consistent S920 performance

I've been using PAX S920 Mobile Terminals for years now. I just bought another one to expand our fleet. It's exactly what I expected – consistent performance and reliability. My previous units are still going strong, so I knew what I was getting. It integrates well with our existing systems, which is why I keep coming back. No surprises, just solid equipment every time.

Good mobile terminal

I got an A60 Mobile Terminal for my little shop. It works just fine, no real complaints. Setup was pretty easy too, which was nice. Overall, a solid choice for what I needed.

How long does shipping usually take if I'm in, say, New York? I need a few A50 Minis pretty quickly.

N Neil Nguyen 1 month ago
That'll probably depend on the distributor you go with. I'd ask them directly when you get a quote.

It's not like Amazon, right? You're buying from a business supplier, so delivery times can vary. Definitely confirm with your specific vendor.

Anyone know if these terminals are only sold through distributors, or can I just buy one directly from the website?

G Greg Hughes 1 month ago
I think for most of their stuff, especially the bigger hardware, you go through authorized distributors. That's how I got mine.

Yeah, I tried buying direct for a smaller item once and it pushed me to a distributor list. They don't really do direct consumer sales for the main terminals.

Is there a big difference between the A920 and the A920 Pro? Wondering if it's worth the upgrade.

D Derek Romero 2 months ago
The Pro generally has better specs, like a faster processor and more memory. Good for heavier use or more complex apps.

I think the Pro also has a slightly bigger screen or better battery life, can't remember which. If you're running a lot of apps, the Pro is probably smoother.

I'm seeing some used terminals online for sale. How do I know if they're genuine or some fake knock-off?

N Nina Vargas 2 months ago
That's always tricky. I'd stick to authorized sellers or reputable refurbished programs if you're not buying new. Less headache.

If it's too cheap, probably fake or stolen. Pax has serial numbers and stuff, but hard to verify without knowing what to look for. Best to go legit.

Hey, I'm looking at getting a bunch of the A920 Pro terminals for my business. Do they offer any kind of bulk discount for larger orders?

S Sophie Bennett 1 month ago
Yeah, pretty sure they do. I heard somewhere that if you're buying a lot, like for enterprise stuff, you can get a decent percentage off.

D Derek Lindqvist 1 month ago
They definitely do volume pricing. You probably gotta talk to sales or a distributor though, it's not like a coupon code you just punch in at checkout.
